An Indigenous health gathering
The First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA) national conference is an annual event that brings together health care professionals dedicated to honouring and maintaining Indigenous knowledge and ways of knowing in their work. FNHMA 2019 participants seek and share resources for capacity building in all areas of health (including public health) to support health care delivery and improve outcomes in First Nations communities across Canada.
Connect with the NCCs
For a second year in a row, the National Collaborating Centres for Public Health (NCCPH) are proud exhibitors at the FNHMA national conference. Discover new resources and learn about networking and partnerships with staff from the NCCPH as well as from and the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCCID).
In addition, the NCCs will have a second exhibitor booth this year, allowing us to highlight even more resources and publications from the National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health (NCCIH) and the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCCID).
